Annie’s Care Foundation is an advocacy group serving communities. The foundation was started by Anne Louis designed to successfully help young people, seniors, and low-income populations and empower them to create lasting change in their own lives.

Our CEO

Anne Louis has been a nurse in the USA for over 20 years. She has experience with geriatrics. She is a home and school nurse for disabled kids and a mobile nurse for vaccination.

Anne Louis was born and raised in Haiti. She traveled from Haiti to Florida, USA, in 1985. Our CEO always travels home but always wants to do something great for our Haitian community/population. Anne wanted to know and see with her own eyes how the people in Cite Soleil who were leaving could have a view once the airplane landed.

In 2006, she went back home and visited Cite Soleil with a Haitian advocate at that time. She started working and created Annie’s Care Foundation. She usually serves people in certain areas, such as hospitals, female prisons, kids in communities, and Cotes-de-Fer.

She realized that was not enough. Her mother gave me a small land in Delmas, so she decided to give back, to share her knowledge to be able to do something greater. She started building the organization with a dream come true.
